This is perfect for exercising at work. If you’re looking for something with bells and whistles look elsewhere, the display on this isn’t very accurate and it doesn’t have a great resistance feature. But if you’re looking for something lightweight, easy to store, and that will get the job done this is the product for you. It’s great for mindless peddling while at work

Folds compact, all I had to do was clip plastic tab holding unit together. Pull the two large bars open and I head a click as front bar snapped into place. One screw that was tightness know, I inserted and slowly screwed it in. It folds up really compact with the two large bars pulled together. Not like some that folds sort of long ways . Well made. I started with just slow cycles for 5 minutes and it works fine. No squeaking. I set it on rug and had on slip resistance shoes and no problems with feet sliding off. I plan to do a little each day and work up to longer. I did feel a little warmth on the bar going into middle after I finished. This was not a problem. I look forward to getting results as not walking outside as weather has gotten really cold. Came in perfect condition no dents or anything. So pull apart and insert 1 screwed in knob and you are ready to go!

This small machine has all the features I would want compared to the more expensive ones. It “rides” more like a bicycle and can be manually adjusted to go from no resistance to muscle-building mode.
