   Reviewing: Fostoy Flat Weight Bench, Foldable Workout Bench, Easy Assembly Utility Exercise Training Equipment Strength Training Bench Press for Home Gym Max Load 880LBS.We have several benches from heavy duty flat to multifunctional ones. They are all cumbersome to move around. We have a Home Gym and need to move equipment around often for space.I ordered this bench because it’s foldable. It surprised me by being much lighter weight also. Which is nice because I hate dragging around our heavy duty bench. The Fostoy bench has a weight capacity of 880lbs. Im female and weight 175lbs and I highly bought I will ever be able to bench press another 700lbs to max out this bench.Because it folds the legs have spring loaded pegs built into hand screws. Once you lock the legs in possition there is a tiny bit of play because it’s a pin lock. So when you set the bench down you need to kick a leg out to take the slack out of those joints. Then it’s solid and doesn’t move.The padding is good, not stiff or too squishy. You can do hip thrusts from it and not feel the benches board in your back.I’m happy with this bench. It meets my needs perfectly and is easy to store.

   I only received the basic flat bench without any attachments, which is fine because that’s what I thought I was getting. It’s very sturdy and heavy duty. No fear of it tipping or anything. Good find.
