I was a bit skeptical when purchasing this 3-in-1 bench machine, but after using it for the first time, it’s better than I thought it would be. It’s definitely not “Gym” quality. I would recommend this machine for any home Gym. It was pretty easy to assemble. I do like that it does not take up much room in my home gym. I find that this machine does hit all three heads of the chest. I like that it does provide 2 different grip angles to either emphasize the chest or the triceps. I would purchase again.

You get a lot in one machine for the price. It’s actually really sturdy. Really good quality and very balanced. Bench is wobbly due to the way it rides on the shaft. But it’s not an issue once you’re seated and pushing weights. But I have one pretty serious problem. It’s barely an incline machine. It does hit the upper chest okay. But you literally can’t go above what looks like 20-25 degrees of incline or you’re literally squeezing your arms behind you which is 100% prone to injury and dangerous. I have the arms as high as they can go too. And if you try to go higher with the incline, then the handles will be forced to touch and then you can get full range of motion at the top.They have a flat, incline and shoulder press machine I wish I would have seen and purchased instead 100%. Over all I’m happy with it and it’s put together, I paid for it and I gotta use it, so it is what it is.
