We bought an upright Expresso bike, because we used to ride one at our local gym. The bike is sturdy and does not wiggle when riding strenuously. When we leave the bike on during the day, the motor is very noisy. Even after powering down the bike and turning back on, it is loud. Annoying, because it is in a room that we use for other activities than just exercise. We ordered the bike off Amazon; it was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the neck became loose within the first couple months of use and needed a special tool for tightening it. The company responded quickly and mailed us the needed tool, which did fix the problem. My biggest complaint is that the company requires a $25/month membership in order to ride. THERE IS NO PRE-LOADED RIDE ON THE BIKE. The written description on Amazon is not clear. I contacted the company, but they have not changed the description. My husband and I are in the market for a treadmill and will not buy one that requires a monthly membership. How much do you pay for content (Expresso, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) on a monthly basis? Answer: way too much.

This is a superb exercise bicycle. It arrived extremely well packed and is a work of excellent craftsmanship. Very solid, good materials and well put together, with a very large and clear screen. Setup is easy, and the range of competitive rides with really good graphics is impressive. There are also fun games and cycling classes, as well as simple pedaling. I first tried this bike at my gym, and really enjoyed it. When I’m on this bike, I can push myself to levels I wouldn’t normally achieve, thanks to the graphics showing other simulated riders passing me and being passed. Plus, I’m able to race against the ghost of my best ride, or other riders, which also makes me push harder. An added bonus is that the company is very supportive and interested in knowing you’re enjoying the bike and are completely satisfied. If you’re looking for a bike you won’t grow bored of, this is it!
