I like it, instructions are confusing but I put it together without instructions. The padding is really firm Wich makes it uncomfortable to do sit up but I highly recommend the product it is great for the price and it works!

This product has been really helpful, not to small but small enough to fit in office space . I keep this in my office and i still have room for my weights and medicine ball and very portable to take in any other room or outdoors when little one is playing on playground. After giving birth to my daughter, its been really hard to do sit ups on the ground because my back hurts in tail bone area. With this bench it really helps me to not feel pain i had, and to do more sit ups then i wold usually do. I’m feeling the burn in my tummy, good pain were you can tell its working for me.
