I have been using this for over one month to improve core strength. Good for this difficult time.Pros: multifunctional and sturdy. Great for a small apartment.Cons: Assembling instruction is not very helpful. Need zoom in pics for details.Overall, it is a great product if you are under 5’6”.

Not the best but it’s not the worse. It’s really small but it does hold a higher weight capacity than it claims unless my scale is off. I would’ve given it a 3 1/2 or 4 stars if I was able to use the ball but the pump given isn’t compatible. I was going to return it but I rather put it to work and give a full review. I’ll be posting updates on my IG at LjTheArtist_ . The videos will be hashtag GYMAX…Update…Changed my rating to a 4 start because the seller responded back right away and helped resolved the issue.
