Exactly like the machines in the gym. Love it

This is the best sit up bench I’ve had so far and I’ve had plenty. The seat is nice and firm and the metal is of nice quality. Had a little problem identifying the screws and bolts as the numbers do not correspond to the instructions at all. Had to figure it out looking at the pictures and therefore took me twice as long to assemble it. Would’ve been really simple if they had matched or labeled properly. My only complain is that it does wobble, especially on the higher settings which I use on 9 or 10. It’s much better when I tighten the thin knob (wish it was thicker), but loosens after each set of 25 reps and needs to be re-tightened. I’ve used the Hoist sit up bench at the gym and it does not wobble at all. Then again it cost twice as much so I guess you get what you pay for. All in all I would recommend it if you use it on the lower settings, but it will wobble at high settings. On the plus side, the flat bench is great for doing dragon flags.
