I received my rope in the mail… nicely packaged and has a great travel bag. The weight of the handles sit well in your hand. I added the rope protector to the cable and that seems to help give it some more weight to swing through better. Starting off, I was a little confused on the assembly so I jumped on the master of muscle website for help. I went to the chat and was very pleasantly surprised to have such a great customer service experience. Alex was great. Made sure I had everything set up and sent me the ebook to go along with the rope. In a day and age where customer service is hard to find, Alex was great! Looking forward to using my rope…. and getting some fitness in during this CoVD 19 reality. Thank, Alex!

Handles are well balanced. The rope portion doesn’t feel clumsy. Extremely easy and convenient to adjust length.Highly recommend.

I love that the rope easily and proficiently adjusts, my only complaint would be that the word comes out the back end of you need to shorten the wire to fit someone who is not very tall

After using a vinyl jump rope for many years, I was ready to try one of the new cable speed ropes. I have not been disappointed. It definitely takes some getting used to in comparison to the vinyl, but this thing definitely makes skipping rope a lot more fun. I know there are a lot of competitors out there, but you can see the quality in the materials and design of this rope at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

I’m a beginner and this is okay while I’m still building up speed. It is nice and light, the handles feel good to grip, and the pouch it comes with is great for storing it in my gym bag. Easy to adjust for your height and does not slip/have not needed to readjust it. It does tend to get tangled if you don’t have it positioned *just so* in your hands (it does not always spin freely); hard to do 50 reps unbroken without it getting tangled but works for me as a beginner using it only once every other week or so when it’s a part of my CrossFit workout, and also not minding broken reps/brief breaks at the moment. If I continue to get better and use a jump rope more frequently I might consider a higher-quality speed rope.
