Wow, I’m really blown away. This is a must have for anyone trying to lose weight or just simply detox\sweat out toxins. This product material is stretchy and durable. The type of material it is makes you sweat so much with only 30 minutes of walking. I simply rub on coconut oil, put this on and start walking. When I take it off, sweat literally pours down my body. I lost 5 pounds in five day’s with little to no effort because I wore this workout gear while walking. I received mine only one day after purchasing. I ordered bigger which makes it easier to put back on if I need to pull it down for a rr break during a sweaty workout-the material will kinda stick to you which is all a part of the great quality.
