This is worth every penny . Well made . I bought to use with my pilates equipment much like the fuse ladder which is over $2k. This I think is equally, if not more versatile. Waiting for some attachments to see how they work . But no need to spend thousands .I was concerned about the max weight but if you set it up correctly ( I attached mine to oak plywood yoga wall.) this can easily handle 300 lbs + .

This review is for the Kipika Gymnastic Stall Bar – 2″x2″ Swedish Ladder. I love this thing, the wooden rungs are solid wooden works of art in their own right, secured rigidly in the solid steel frame. The biggest challenge is simply finding a place to secure it to the wall once fully assembled, and finding the time to assemble it in the first place. Once that hurdle is complete, this equipment can take the place of so much individual items clogging the arteries of a gym, it has a good deal of the functionality of a power cage, including compatibility with 2×2 accessories with 1” holes. From stretching, calisthenics beginner to advanced, weightlifting, acrobatics, martial arts, gymnastics etc, there’s something the Swedish ladder can do for pretty much anyone. I like the metal pull up bar, though it could have a lot more add ons to it, since it was already breaking the mold to make it steel, like spherical grips and multi grip handholds.However, I am nitpicking, overall, this is a fantastic Swedish ladder, high quality, I love it.

Now that our girls have moved to college, my husband is transforming an upstairs bedroom into his home gym. I got this Swedish ladder for him to use and he absolutely loves it! The quality is amazing for the price. My hubby is not a small guy, and this still feels very sturdy to him. It was easy to install and it feels very solid on the wall. I highly recommend this brand if you are in the market for some home gym equipment.
