I have a full pec tear from ego lifting 13 months ago. Took a long break from lifting and tried to get back to where I was too fast which was a 465 bench. Tore it only benching 355 (3rd rep) but I am 39 now. I didn’t have surgery as I only workout for hobby these days. This product has really helped me continue to flat bench and get back to repping 225. My pec tore at the bottom of the lift. This products prevents you from going deep enough to cause pec rupture and if you have allows you to get back at it.

I saw the bad reviews from 2023-2024, but you know what I thought hey it’s 2025 now it’s a new year maybe they updated and improved their formula. I ended uplucking out here, it seems high quality to me. The other reviews showed it falling apart, but I dont see any creases or slices or glue, etc.It does NOT look glued together, it looks precisely cut. I dont see it breaking any time soon, Ive used it a few times now and it works great.Before I got it, I was worried it was going to be too squishy/bouncey, but it’s solid enough.There’s a learning curve though, I’m still trying to figure out how to use it. I was trying to use it to overload, but now I think I’ll be using it for speed work.Value for money, thanks for making it more affordable than other options

I mostly use it at 1.5″ sometimes ill put it onto 6″ for weight introduction under load but For the price it’s a good product I put 405lbs on it at 6″ and i halfway thought the brick would become damaged but it barely budged.l and no damage was done it’s a Very solid product. 5/5 durability test 5/5 like & use-ability 5/5 price 5/5 comfort.
