I’m really impressed with the Sauna Suit Women Sauna Top Slimming Fitness Body Sweat Suit! It’s lightweight yet still manages to warm up really well, which makes it a great option even during the winter months. Sauna jacket is ultra light, made well and lined in a material that looks ideal for maximum sweating capacity. It is easy to wear, zips up well and goes down to waist level or a little below. It has a nice fit and feels and looks like it fits true to size. It has a comfortable feel, is made of quality materials and has a nice look. Functions nicely and can be folded/stashed in a gym bag or bag easily. I would recommend your usual size or a size up for added room. Works well for the purpose.

This sauna jacket does exactly what it says! When you begin your workout, you immediately feel the sweat begin to drip. The sauna jacket does indeed raise your body temperature immediately. I wear the jacket anytime I workout, even during my light work out sessions. I really feel like I am sweating significantly more when I wear it during a workout compared to working out without it. It’s really comfortable and it looks stylish on. You do remain warm as you work out. It runs a little small so I would order a size up, unless you want it to be really form fitting. It’s also easy to clean, just pop it in the washer and you’re good to go!
