I picked this up when it was on sale, and am very happy with the purchase. I just have a small home gym and wanted to see if this helps isolate my biceps, and it does a great job. My form was not that great, and this has helped. It did take a bit longer than expected to put together, but the build is solid and it looks/feels great.

This thing is overbuilt! Super heavy and sturdy. It’s big too, so build it where you want it. Works well. The arm pad is plenty wide. I knocked off a star because it was missing chips of paint on a few spots. No biggie, I already had some black spray paint anyways. Just keep in mind that the finish is not durable at all. The steel is thick, so it shouldn’t rust through anytime soon, but I expected a better finish for the price. It’s still worth it imo.
