This station isn’t as compact, so make sure you’ve got the room before setting it up. Once it is in place the steel frame feels really stable and heavy-duty able to handle a range of dynamic movements. I’ve done pull-ups, leg raises, and attached gymnastic rings for calisthenics, everything holds up without wobble.The adjustable height feature is useful if you’re sharing it with others or doing different exercises that require more clearance. The wide frame also gives you plenty of space to move without worrying about bumping into anything mid-set.Assembly was manageable and once it’s put together, it’s sturdy enough to trust for heavier training. If you’re building a home gym and want something that covers a lot of bases, this pull-up station is worth investing in.

Bottom line – would recommendFor years I’ve been using one of those door frame pull up bars. After setting up a workout area in the basement, I thought it was time to upgrade.This pull up bar/starion is a heavy duty, good quality piece of equipment. Assembly was straight forward and all the needed tools come with it. However, it you have a socket set or a ‘normal’ set of wrenches, it will make it much easier (the included wrenches are very narrow and easily slip off the bolts/nuts). One other thing…make sure you organize your bolts before you start for a smoother assembly, as they are all loose in one bag and lengths are very similar.The height is easily adjustable and securely locks in place with both a pin and screw lock. It is also very stable and I have not noticed any rocking while doing pullups or leg lifts.Overall, very happy with this product and it has made a good addition to my home gym.
