It checks all the boxes for what a weight bench should be. From bench-press to legs. Using my barbell & dumbbells, I get a total workout. You can see from the picture of my workout room, exercise is really important to me! And to make it really sweet, even though there are a lot of parts to assemble, the instructions are so good, that you’re not left with any questions about how to do it. I would give it 10 stars, if there were an option for that!

Product came very well packaged, instructions were super easy. It was step by step with screws and bolts separated by step. Not overly heavy and made of real metal in all the right places for durability. Still waiting on my barbell and weight but using dumbbells has been amazing on.

Definitely a decent product for light to mid weight training, but there is room for improvement. The dips bars are very wide and hard to use properly and the support bars are somewhat close together, so your initial grip may be closer together than you want ideally. Not a big deal when benching 150-250 but I could see it becoming an issue heavier than that.
