UPDATE***changed the original 3 star rating to a 4 star rating because the seller gave me money back via Amazon gift cardOverall a good value for the price. Pretty sturdy. Being 6’2″ it is just a bit small though. I ended up putting the bench on blocks so my feet didn’t bottom out doing the leg extensions. That solved the issue. You also must completely remove the curling pad to get a full leg extension. It is also not possible to use the bicep curl portion with the arm pad. Again maybe it works better for someone of smaller stature. I just use my dumbbells with the arm rest pad. I do like the multiple angles for the bench. It’s nice to mix up different bench press’. A 5 or 6 foot barbell fits best with this bench.

Everything was as advertised! Been in the gym for over 20 years and this feels like a well-built bench that will last the long hall. The only one thing I would say is the range of motion on the hamstring curls is just short of getting full range. I am a large person and it feels sturdy.
