Works well, sturdy and great for the price.

Bought this on sale after perusing several light benches that adjust for incline and decline. This bench is not commercial grade but it’s perfect for at home use. Settings for incline are versatile and allow for a range of exercise. I’ve been focusing on pecs and I can do everything necessary to hit chest.I haven’t used any other benches at home aside from this one so I don’t have any to compare to. But if I could go back and buy the model that allows for leg work I would have saved the money getting this because squats, lunges, and hip thrusts do that anyway so I’m actually saving money having this model. (Adjustable top for incline/decline, stationary bottom with pads for ab work)The pads for knees and ankles are comfortable and I do not feel any metal beneath them. The cushion on the bench itself is also comfortable, easy to clean.Honestly, this is worth having over more expensive varieties. And if you want to bench just buy a separate rack for those purposes. Don’t $skimp on a rack though. Could be the difference between life and being unsubscribed from this world.Something to note, I am 5’10” with a mildly long torso and my head still makes contact with the bench at full extension flat or incline. If I were 6′ with a long torso I question whether it would miss the bench. Barely any space left up there as I am.9.5/10 would buy again if I went back in time. Minus a half a point for not being entirely black in color.

This is a great bench for the price with one exception, the red trim on the backrest is held in place with 2 rivets. Unfortunately, those 2 rivets are where the seat and the backrest meet, and once the padding has compressed a little (I’ve been using the bench for about a month now) those 2 rivets dig into your tailbone and have worn the skin off while doing sit-ups. If you don’t use the bench for sit-ups, this will not be an issue, I typically do 6 exercises (3 sets each) and in between each exercise I do a set of 50 sit-ups (so about 300, sometimes more).I tried rolling up a towel but that did not help, it moved to easily. I’m going to try picking up a pool nodle and sticking it in the crack to see if that gives me enough support.Like I said this is a great bench for the price with one small issue, I would probably give it 3.5 stars if I could, but couldn’t justify giving it a 3. If it did not have the 1 issue it would be 5 starts!!

It has a very versatile design with 7 adjustment positions that allow for both upper and lower body exercises. It’s ideal for dumbbell workouts and other strength exercises. It feels very sturdy thanks to its steel construction. It doesn’t wobble or feel unstable, even when exercising with heavy weights. The padding is firm yet comfortable, helping you maintain proper posture without discomfort. Plus, the seat and backrest are wide enough to provide good support. It only took me a few minutes to assemble, as it comes practically ready-made. Plus, its foldable design is a huge plus if you have limited space at home. It’s everything I was looking for.
