You definitely are going to sweat away the pounds wearing this while working out. It is comfortable to wear while working out as well. Material feels well made, and handled going through the wash with no issues.

It works as advertised. This combination vest/waist belt will make you sweat, A LOT!I have used a waist belt before, but this combination vest/belt takes things to the next level.Manufactured out of neoprene, with a sturdy plastic zipper for the vest, and hook and loop fastening for the belt, it seems very well made. I believe that, with proper care, it will last for years. I have worn this during a cardio workout. I have also worn it to work a couple of times. For that, I wore it over an undershirt, and under a beefy t-shirt. Wearing it this way, it is virtually unnoticeable. At the end of the day, the undershirt was soaked. However you use this, be sure to drink plenty of water.One negative comment, this arrived without any instructions for use, or even a care tag sewn into the garment. After a quick search online, I discovered that neoprene garments should be hand washed, or can be machine washed only on hand wash or delicate cycle. Then hang it up to dry. NEVER dry in the dryer. Overall, I am happy with this item. If you are seeking workout wear designed to help increase your sweat output, this will absolutely do the job.

Unlike those cheap plastic sauna suits, this is Very comfortable to wear! Material is elastic and seems to be quite durable. Having it on for only a few mins I was sweating a little! Even After a short Jog it really helps keep the sweat going. Highly recommend!*Edit: after some use, there was some nipple chafing and soreness. I would recommend putting this over a shirt or covering to prevent rubbing.
