I’m 5’6” and 140 pounds, the size and weight capacity of this weight bench is perfect for my routine exercise. Assemble part was quite straightforward, took me about 30 minutes. The overall quality of the bench is great, I only wish it could be fixed to floor or ground which would make me feel more stable.

I was impressed with the build quality. It’s made with sturdy materials and feels incredibly stable during workouts—no wobbling or creaking, even during intense sets. What really stands out is the adjustability. The bench accommodates various user heights easily and allows you to target glutes, hamstrings, and lower back with precision. Whether you’re doing hyperextensions, side bends, or even sit-ups, this machine delivers. It’s also foldable, which makes it super convenient if you’re tight on space. I can fold it up and tuck it away after use, which is a huge plus for my compact home gym setup.

I heard that training the back muscles can improve the firmness of the face. In order to correct my hunchback and make my face tighter, I bought this Roman Chair to start my back muscle training. Its metal parts are very thick and strong, but I think the manufacturer can do better in the cushion part. All in all, I think this chair is very useful.

Foldable Hyperextension Bench**Pros:**- ✅ *Very sturdy but lightweight* – Feels solid during use but easy to move around- ✅ *Folds up easily* – Perfect for small spaces; I can store it pretty much anywhere- ✅ *Great for multiple exercises* – Hamstring and lower back stretches, plus reverse dips have been the standout moves—actually works better than my current dip station- ✅ *Padding is Thin but not uncomfortable* – A little thinner than expected, but no creases or sagging so far- ⚠️ *Assembly took a bit longer than expected* – Not hard, just slightly time-consuming- ⚠️ *Padding could be thicker for longer sessions* – Still comfortable, but worth noting**Bottom line:**It handles the basics really well and folds up in seconds. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone building a home gym who needs something compact, versatile, and effective.

I love having this in my home gym. I have a little bit of a problem engaging my glutes, and this as an accessory to help focus on my glutes and hamstrings has been a game changer for me! I really feel the burn using this, and I’ve started making this my workout finisher to really blast my behind and get it pumped up for the summer. The main downside to this was the horrible build experience. It was fairly straightforward, and the instructions weren’t difficult to follow, however, the TOOLS that it came with were horrendous, and it took a lot of finangling to get this thing built. If you have your own tools, I highly recommend using those instead! It works, and it’s been great. PROTIP: Make sure to get the top of the cushion just around or beneath your pelvis so as to not round your back and really engage your posterior chain.
