I’ve had these before and they last a year or two under regular use. I like the 12″ ones because longer ones are actually too supportive! If I use longer ones, they cast my wrists and my wrist actually start to weaken over time. I would actually sprain my wrists on warm ups on bench press. These wraps are enough to help with max loads, while keeping my baby wrists strong enough to handle moderate weights.One warning about these 12″, they may not be good for those with thicker wrists. My wrists are 7″ around, and I can barely get the whole velcro connected. If your wrists are any bigger than 7″, I would recommend longer wraps.
