After experiencing some wrist discomfort, I got these to aid in my quest for a 300lb bench press. They are extremely stiff. The material is stiff and the long length (21 inches) allows you to get at least two full layers around your wrist. When tightened appropriately this combination of stiffness and thickness supports your wrist even with extremely heavy weight. The flip side is that they are not comfortable and they quickly cut off circulation. You spend a lot of time tightening and loosening them as you work through your sets. They are a specialty tool for heavy lifting when your wrist is in a bent position, for anything else less they are overkill and a less stiff version would be better.

The media could not be loaded.Received the SKDK Wrist Wraps for Weightlifting and gave to my son to try out because I don’t lift heavy like he does.Color: Black / RedDurability and Quality: Soft but rigid.Easy to put on, adjust the tightness.I received the softer version because he will use daily. My wrists are dainty and they fit well and were comfortable (see video). I used similar ones years ago when I lifted daily.I look forward to seeing how the velcro holds up and how machine washable they are.I liked how they included their product card and their product warrant – reassuring us if something fails they will have our back.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
