They def run small I’m a large maybe 1x depending on where I buy from I had to buy 2x/3x but they fit amazing and I felt me sweating only worn once but I did love them just wish I new how to wash them ???

If sweat is what you want to do then get these. You have to peel them off and that part is disgusting. They have clasp to close them and that’s a pain but I’ll bet a zipper would be as effective as this so it works.
