Pretty solid so far. It can be awkward to turn on and off with the individual handles. I think they really need “smart handles” that have a built in Bluetooth, like some competitors. Some more modes, especially a custom mode option, would be great.

This is a game changer. I wanted to buy something for strength training that I could OWN and not have to pay monthly fees to use. This is the device for that. The device and attachments are pretty straightforward to use and manually set weight and count reps. The real power is in the app, which allows you to do classes, preset workout routines and create your own custom workouts. Once attached to the device the app will shows you the activity, will load the weight, count your reps, and unload the weight between reps and sets. App costs ZERO dollars and no monthly fee. I added a short video of the app since there is surprisingly little information on this online and it’s the features of the app that really make this device shine!

I love my SRVO! Im way into weight lifting and resistance training and this machine provides a great weight lifting workout. I highly recommend this machine over other ones Ive tried. Fits perfectly under my desk and i can use during lunch breaks to get in a quick, effective workout.

I’ve been interested in the Tonal for some time, but the high price tag, subscription cost, and fear of ripping it off my wall held me back. The SRVO looked to have all the same functionality without those drawbacks. I can’t express how much we love this thing!!! After just a few days we’ve cancelled our gym passes. That savings will pay make this pay for itself pretty quick.So much good I don’t even know where to start on the positive. It truly replaces an entire gym in a tiny package. There is an app that has guided workouts, hundreds of video instructed lifts, link with an app called YDY (you do you) that has like workouts made into games, progress tracking, and even yoga and aerobic workouts. All free and so easy to cast to my TV!The safety and efficiency of the workouts can only be experienced with this unit. On the safety side, it has a button that you can put on the bar, handles, or just have by you. It activates and releases the weight. Imagine setting up a squat or a bench press and there is no weight other than the bar until you are in place with good form and then click. Then if it’s too much just click and bam the weight is gone. Also, in the settings you can set it to release the weight if you tip the bar (like you would to slide off plates) or if you accidentally drop it.On the efficiency side, the eccentric mode makes it sooo easy to get my muscles to failure. I’ll do my 4 sets in standard and then flip to eccentric. With eccentric it doesn’t apply the weight until you’re at the top of the movement. 100% focus on the eccentric. I feel like I can get a 90 minute quality gym workout in less than an hour…and then I can just roll it back in the closet.Truly a next gen workout!!
