I am pleasantly surprised by this product. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. I use lighter weights than many of the reviewers (working my way to 160 lbs on the squat and stuck at 85 for bench; I’m short, female, and over 50) so this track works well for me. I bought spotter arms from another manufacturer and they’re working out well. The only drawback for me – and the reason for 4 starts not 5 – is that it’s just a bit too tall for my height (4′ 11″) even on the lowest adjustment. I have to remove the spotter arms for benching because they end up too high and get in the way. That defeats the purpose of the spotters. Not an impossible fix if I can find a platform to raise my bench but a hassle.

I’m really enjoying this rack so far. I live in a small co-op apartment and this is light enough for me to move out of the way when I am not using it. I use it for benching and for squatting and have had no issues. It is very sturdy and I feel no apprehension when going in for a lift. It was also very easy to put it together. I assembled it in approximately 30 mins by myself.
