Climbs are metal not plastic, bottom red part is I thought before it was rubber but it’s not, it is good plastic it’s not soft it’s not super hardI’m almost 200 lb and I can not Handle my weight with my current mussels this is really helps me to do pull up correctly it was Important me to start pull up exercise, definitely 5 stars and definitely worth for 50 bucks
