I love this device. It works as an inversion bar or a pull-up bar. The nails are super long, and they screw right into the door joists for extra stability. It is easy to get into and out of. Perfect for my Teeter Hang-Ups inversion boots!

Very sturdy! My husband is a bodybuilder and he got it mainly to support his gravity boots. For perspective, we both were concerned enough about this devices integrity so together we free bounced on the bar, as mentioned in the video, let’s just say it’s very clear it’s not going anywhere. Only side step was the awkward height that it sits on the door frame, it was hard to distribute impact weight for the screws.
