I’ll confess to not really understanding the use of these — at first! I now realize these are very helpful when changing from one exercise to another and have a rhythm going. These are strong and do what they do very well.

As the title says, these are Excellent safety spotters when working out by yourself. Works for our workout room set up perfectly and safely. The first couple sets took a little bit to get used to the feeling of the spotters protruding upward, but after the first couple sets, I don’t even notice it anymore. The strap below the dumbbell grip gives a great sense of security, but it is not in the way or obtrusive, in fact, it gives a little bit of extra cushioning between your palm and the metal grip of the dumbbells.I can do more reps now when I start getting fatigued with the confidence that I can still return them safely to the bar overhead (when doing bench presses). These also can be used to store the dumbbells after use. The kit comes with adjustable wrist straps and a storage bag, neither of which I have needed/used yet.I highly recommend this workout tool!

These dumbbell hooks work great to put the dumbbells in a good height to start your presses. No need to lift from your down low with these.

These dumbbell spotters are exactly what I needed to stop training like a casual and start lifting like I’ve got something to prove. The build is simple, but effective—lightweight yet sturdy. Once locked onto the bench, they’re secure and don’t wobble around like some cheap gimmick.Dropping into heavy dumbbell presses? These things hold the bells right where you need them. No awkward shoulder roll or energy-wasting lift-offs. You start locked, tight, and focused—just how it should be. They’re not flashy, but they do the job better than most overpriced setups. The only downside? I wish the clamps or straps had a little more padding or grip to lock in tighter on certain benches, especially slimmer ones—but that’s a minor tweak, not a flaw.Bottom line: If you’re serious about pushing heavy dumbbells solo and want to eliminate sloppy starts or risky finishes, these spotters earn their place in your gym bag. No excuses. No safety net. Just you and the weight—like it should be.

I got these for a completely alternative usage and they work well for that. They are solid and sturdy. Well made and no concerns.

Great addition to my home gym. The dumbbell hooks allow you to push your limits with heavier dumbbells. Not having to exert the energy lifting the dumbbells into place leaves you more energy to perform exercises. Well made and comfortable to use.
