- HEAVY DUTY: This preacher curl attachment is constructed of 1.75” x 1.75” solid steel tubing. The shape and strong material of this attachment creates a huge amount of stability and support while performing curls.
- CONTOURED PAD: No one wants to perform curls on an uncomfortable surface. This pad ensures targeted biceps for strength and comfortable triceps while performing the movement. High density, dual layered, vinyl padding is made with 3” thick padding on the top to contour to body for optimal comfort. Total pad measurement is 13.75” x 24”.
- BAR HOLDER: This attachment is everything you need to perform your bicep curls. It also includes a sturdy 9.25” wide steel bar holder can hold up to 150 lb. Positioned just below the pad for easy access when lifting.
- ADJUSTABLE: 7 different adjustment settings with .5” holes (1” center to center) allow for 6.5” range of motion. The adjustment pin is already provided on the bench and works in tandem with the attachment.
- ADDITIONAL: Can be used with the Valor Fitness BF-39, DD-4, and DD-25 benches. Please note that this attachment is only meant to fit these Valor products.

My Marcy bench was nearly perfect but for a lack of a preacher pad attachment. No add-on available from Marcy. Found this and it is precisely what I need. Really appreciate all of the specs and measurements – down to the stopper hole diameter and spacing – were available prior to ordering so one can order with confidence.

One of the funny things I have found about fitness products lately is the fact that they are built cheaply. This creates a problem when we train hard, in one case I had a roman chair device seat break in half during use. This was after a few days of use, and I found out the board used was less then an quarter inch thick. In this objects case as it was a “blind” purchase I was concerned. However upon building it, and playing with it for a while I can appreciate the construction of the elements is well done. If there is a complaint to be had, the paint on the rest does not adhere well. That said, it does not effect my use one wit. A good product professionally shipped and built, I would purchase from this company again.

Very nice piece of equipment. The only problem was that it was missing a bolt. The instruction manual listed the size and a quick trip to the hardware store solved the issue. Works well with the DD-4 bench and I have no other complaints.

If your bench’s attached tube is 2×2 it will fit like a glove! The preacher pad is nice and wide and not narrow like my previous one. Excellent product!
