I feel so bad for the other reviewer that their rack had problems. In fact I put off assembling mine because I was afraid I would have problems also. Had a spare afternoon and decided to jump in and see.Well as my title says, I had no problem with mine. In fact it went very smoothly. I have put a few flat pack items together so I am prepared for what may come. I know to not tighten any fasteners until the end just in case there is something that needs a little finessing to fit together. I also have run into pieces in some units where the paint overspray will clog the threads and make pieces harder to screw together. Nothing like that at all with this rack! :)I started with attaching the middle shelf and used the shipping box to help keep everything together until I got the screws in place. Once I had the middle shelf installed on all four corners, I flipped it on its side so I could install the wheels, first on one side and then flipping it over to the other side for the remaining two wheels.Everything went smoothly and when I got to the bottom side piece I found that it was perfectly aligned, the hinges all worked perfectly and were a perfect fit, easily attaching to the main piece. Which is saying a lot because the hinges make this a complicated piece where alignment is especially important. So relieved that mine was perfect.I decided to try to attach the side piece to the left side, instead of the right, because the left side is easier to access inside the storage space where I decided to place this rack, and then I can fit the right side of my rack flush against an inner wall. I was happy to see that the screws allow the side piece to be installed on either side, something that some buyers may want to know.I liked all of the hooks being painted red. Very cool touch. I only used a few because the right side is against the side wall, but it’s nice that I have those extra hooks should I ever move the rack to another location.This unit was machined perfectly and I am so pleased with how it looks. It can hold a lot and fits perfectly under the hanging clothes bar so that I can hang shirts above and they don’t interfere with using the top shelf of this rack.Love it!
