Initial Impressions:The wrist straps are the usual design; not super stiff, not super soft.Usage:The wraps are long enough to get several wraps (3-ish) around the wrist. The Velcro is well-stitched and works well.I recently ordered a different pair of straps (blue in the picture) only to find the loops are too short. You have to skew the wrap to get it to fit or just put them on without using the loops. Either way the blue wraps are not comfortable. If you use the thumb loops, they irritate the wrist. If you go without the loops, the straps move around more than they should. These wraps (black in the picture) fit very well due to the longer loops.Verdict:These are good solid wrist wraps that fit well and offer a good compromise that is neither too stiff nor too soft.Recommended.

These Weightlifting Wrist Wraps are an exceptional find for anyone serious about powerlifting, strength training, or bodybuilding. The professional quality is evident from the moment you put them on. The heavy-duty material provides excellent support, ensuring your wrists stay stable and protected during even the most intense lifts. One of the standout features is the sturdy thumb loop, which keeps the wraps securely in place without any slipping or shifting. But what’s truly remarkable is the value for money—it’s rare to find such high-quality wrist wraps at this price point.

I had a wrist injury recently and was having a lot of trouble getting back into weight lifting pushing exercises, particularly bench press. These wrist wraps are so inexpensive I wasn’t sure they would do anything. But to my surprise they definitely helped support my wrists. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a miracle cure and I still have some pain when bench pressing, especially at heavier weights, but I definitelynotice less pain and more support while using these. And ideally I should just wait until my wrist fully heals and use these straps to help prevent the injury from coming back. But I’m not patient enough for that, so these straps have helped me push through the injury and at least still get in a decent workout.Just note that you don’t want to put these on so tight, you lose circulation. You need to find that right balance so they are secure arpund your wrists, but still allowing most of your blood flow. Also note that these are not the type of wrist straps that help increase grip strength on pulling motions like a barbell row or deadlift, that is a different product that I also find very helpful, but for different reasons.Bottom line, if you want to lift heavy and help prevent a wrist injury on pushing motions, these are great and they also help when returning from a wrist injury.
