Definitely order a bigger size than what you think you need. I’m a size 4/5 now and assumed a small would work, nope. I’ve gained a lot of weight over the last year, so I’m returning and exchanging for a medium, as you can see in the photos the small goes only half past my elbow. I gave four stars just because I had to rate it to be able to post. Will update review after.

First of all, I am the person who leaves 1 star reviews when I am not happy with a product – so I am pretty picky. That being said, I am so happy I bought these arm sleeves as I needed them to lose arm fat but also have tendonitus in my bicep. These help eleviate the pain because of the compression and I am so happy I got these.
