This is a pretty decent machine. Won’t give you a heavy workout but is okay for some basic exercising. The rowing feature is great. The springs are a little too weak for much resistance for doing the crunches which is why I took off 1 star. Easy to assemble. Base could be a little wider for extra stability. I would say it’s a keeper unless you are used to a very strenuous workout with heavy weights and resistance.

I have been hurt very badly in a car accident and I haven’t been able to use the heavy machines at the gym plus they hurt my back and neck where I’ve been injured. I already had a disc replacement in my neck and I’m going to get my spine cared for once my state opens back up for doctor visits. This machine is so kind and so friendly to those who need modifications to do exercise for the upper body.It’s so nice to the abdomen too. I had to have abdominal surgery as well because my intestines twisted in the car accident and I have a nice sized scar from belly button on down. I got rear ended by a huge truck at a stop sign and I’ve been recovering and this machine makes it easier. I just wish I could find the upgrade with the rowing. That way once I’m stronger I can use more weight. I’m already feeling stronger and looking better in the last week that I’ve had this machine.If I could only find a great hip and thigh abductor, I’d give up my gym membership I feel. This machine is so kind to the body. If you’re hesitant I understand but this is a great little machine. Bonus, it’s not very heavy or big. It’s a little hard to put together, only because I think I can’t maneuver to put it together with ease like other people. I think it’s worth it.

Let start out with pros… first very easy to assemble 5-10 mins if that. I use it 15-20 each day on just abs and roughing together. I feel my abs are sore and that is probably because I’m not your buff and really fit. I’m 5’9 and 170.. wear size 9 and have more upper chest area. So just using this machine to keep stomach flat and try to work on love handle. Put on alittle weight since coronavirus, due to sitting at home, so I purchased this to keep me from gaining more and to keep me active.It’s great for abs and each to move from one work out abs longe to sit and twist. I also like to turn from that and due the leg longes. I is a nice little gym for at home. Doesn’t take to much room. I leave it up so that it’s a reminder to use. I see it in the morning, and get on it before work or is tired after dinner I jump on.Cons.. the only thing I wish it had like Wonder Core 1 is the neck support. Not sure why they stop put extra cushion for your next, I have to hold my neck or only do so many at a time, your neck gets alittle stiff, I get migraine easy so have to watch my neck. But other then that…LOVE THIS MACHINE
