My wrists are very petite and after doing a number of push-ups, my wrists can hurt. I got these straps to see if they would give my wrists some additional support so I could do push-ups longer comfortably.The wrist straps are very stiff and we’re not comfortable for push-ups.I use them for what they’re really intended for to lift weights. The wrist straps did seem to give my wrist some additional support, but I’ve never really needed additional support with lifting weights.I do plan to keep these wrist straps. Maybe as I continue to lift weights I will need them at some point!
