These wraps provide stable wrist support for lifting and general use. They are easy to apply and incorporate a finger wrap for better placement and support.
Ms. Natalia Johns –
These wraps keep my wrists in place and are easy to put on. The Velcro on these is insanely sticky and kind of hard to pull off. I like this as it makes me feel like the wraps are more secure around my wrists and won’t come off.

Really helps when my wrists need that extra support, either as a result of injury from lifting or just everyday life.

When I wrap my wrist, I start at the palm and wrap backward about 2inches above the wrist, and then continue to wrap down and across the wrist and and finish about 2inches below. This not only supports the wrist but also helps to keep my wrists straight as I lift. Over the last several years I have ordered numerous pairs of more flexible wraps made of thinner, stretchier material. The always conformed to my hand/wrist and initially gave very good support, but never lasted long. In the case of my most recent transaction, the wrap was long enough and stretchy enough with good support, but stretched out of shape in only a few weeks. These wraps are thicker and stiffer than what i’ve used in the past, they are made of a natural and synthetic fiber blend. if I had to describe these vs. ones I have used in the past I would say that these are like denim vs. ace wrap. The velcro is very strong to be as thin as it it and I anticipate that the wrap will wear out before the velcro does. It will be interesting to see how long these do last. If they last an unusually short or unusually long period of time I will update my review. As for now, I will continue to use this superior product to increase my gainzz…

I had never used wrist wraps before so it took a little getting used to and finding the right position for them. But they are very soft and yet supportive and are a nice addition to the gym. While the thumb loop is important for establishing the right position and keeping them from slipping down, I do find it a bit uncomfortable and end up making microadjustments throughout my sets. But without it, they slide down enough to defeat the purpose of supporting the wrist. The Velcro is strong and long for a secure finish. Overall I’m very happy with them and would definitely recommend to others.

PROS: Wider and longer than most, strong heavy elastic materials with extremely clingy velcro, strong support , minimal interference with clothing or equipment, great support for weak or damaged wrists or to prevent future wrist damages especially when lifting moving very heavy weights. CONS: One thumb strap was sewn in twisted so it tends to pinch your thumb/hand joint during workouts (your results may vary), re-attaching thumb strap flat fixes the issue if you don’t mind a little sewing, the super strong clingy velcro is hard to get a grip on and pull off. Overall great value for heavy duty wraps, look nice and would make a great gift too!
