This squat rack is sturdy and makes the gym space a light neater than what I had before. A disclaimer before you actually use the rack is to have weights set onto the rack itself, otherwise, it will be a bit shaky. The storage serves a purpose not only for storage but also to keep the rack stable. The J-jooks are adjustable and easy to pop off, its essentially a twist the knob so its straight forward. The cool thing about this rack is its able to install a pulley system at the top of where the pull up bar is and its been nice. The unique feature about this rack is the attachable bar grips, where you can do your dips. A nice little function not just to bench press. Overall, I feel safe with the rack while lifting weights
